About us
Blue Chip CNC Ltd is a specialist toolmaking company dedicated to producing the very highest standard tooling from design through to manufacture.
Conveniently situated close to the M5, M42 and M6 motorway network, our prime location enables us easy access to supply the whole of the UK and Europe.
We specialise in tools, fixtures, gauges and press tooling for the Investment Casting and Industrial Gas Turbine (IGT) markets to name just a few. We have an experienced design team complimented by our highly skilled toolmakers. We allow both traditional and more modern techniques to work alongside each other and we capitalise on the plethora of in-house expertise that we are able to boast and that mean we have the capabilities to fulfil even the most complex of jobs.
Our modern toolroom is equipped with both VMC CNC machines alongside the more conventional grinding, spark erosion and turret mill machinery. Inspection is undertaken on our CMM machine. All equipment is programmed and operated by our team of dedicated engineers to its full effect. All projects are monitored throughout manufacture and will leave our site with a CMM report if required.
